If you decide that you would like something and you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. You do not need your own PayPal account to use the service. If you have questions about how this works I'll be happy to assist you.
I ship via USPS and will ship the item as soon as I finish making it (orders placed on weekends/holidays and custom/personalized pieces may take a little longer). Shipping costs are approximated and include the actual cost of shipping plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials. If you would like to place a large order I'll be happy to work with you to adjust the shipping price, but please convo me first to arrange this.
All of my items can be shipped internationally. Please convo me to discuss international shipping rates to your location. Note that I do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer if their country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web. Every country varies. If you have any questions or concerns about these policies please let me know and I'll be happy to explain further.
I can create a custom order for you and would be happy to talk about what special touches would make your order perfect. Please convo me to discuss monogramming, alternate fabrics, color choices, etc. and I will do my best to make it happen. Monogramming is an additional $5-$7 and is done by machine. If I don't have the supplies needed on hand there will be an additional charge for custom fabrics.

I work in a smoke-free home which is pet friendly (we have one dog)
